Running a shop inside PuntiSmart

What a shop owner sees and does in the back office on puntismart.it: whether the programme is working, who the customers are, the rewards and the scheme, an offer, a message to the ones who stopped coming, the staff, the modules, the shop page, the subscription — and a brand-new shop's first week. Three demo shops: Caffè Centrale (points, Pro), Osteria del Borgo (cashback, Completo), Pasticceria Dolce Vita (Base, in trial). One screen, one sentence.

The one screen that answers “is it working”, and the two lists it opens.

Rewards and my scheme

The tiers, the earning rule, the bonuses — and how the same screen reads at a cashback shop.
